The Estik is a handheld electronic device that is designed to accurately measure surface temperature using a built-in thermocouple. The lasted micro-thermocouple technology that is incorporated in this patented Estik measures surface temperature  from 32°F (0C) to 999°F (537°C) with guaranteed -/+2% accuracy.   Estik, when in direct surface contact improves accuracy by eliminating errors due to reflection and other surface conditions, it is engineered for fast and convenient digital monitoring.
