Grinding Belt Roller
For belts of up to 30 mm width
Grinding belt roller of wear-resistant, soft, fluted Vulculan plastic for a better grip and
no-slip work with lateral stainless steel flanges.
With a vibration-damping sleeve for single, double, and quadruple spline shafts, ensuring
the wheel runs perfectly.

Product information "POLY-PTX grinding belt roller for 30 mm width belts"

Drive roller for the use of grinding belts up to 30 mm width on POLY-PTX® and other longitudinal grinding machines with 19 mm keyway shaft. Ideal for processing open and closed round pipe constructions.

Features:

  • Wear-resistant Vulculan with side thrust washers made of stainless steel and optimized Shore hardness.
  • Dimensions 85 x 70 mm.
  • Maximum speed 6,500 min-1.
  • Use with POLY-PTX spacer rings for width compensation on 100 mm shaft (e.g. 70 mm roll + 10 and 20 mm spacer ring for 100 mm shaft).
  • 19 mm spline shaft holder.
  • With vibration-damped sleeve (design protected) for 1-fold, 2-fold and 4-fold splined shaft, thus 100% concentricity.
